Requirements:

*Must be a male and female

*Both parties must be at least 18 (under 18 requires parental consent)

*If divorced, you must know the exact date and location of the divorce and it must be final with the courts.

*Both parties must present a form of identification.  Identification that is accepted (U.S. or Non U.S. Citizens): driver's license or state-issued I.D.card; original or certified copy of birth certificate; foreign birth certificate (translated into English and notarized); passport; military I.D.; or resident alien card.
