Bonnie Springs Old Nevada

This 1880s Old West mining town is located west of Las Vegas in the Red Rock Canyon area.  They offer a western style wedding chapel for ceremonies and BBQ lunches or dinners for receptions.  The town, which stages gunfights and hangings, can be opened during your wedding reception.

Mount Charleston Hotel

This hotel is located on a scenic mountain less than an hour from the Las Vegas Strip. It offers wedding ceremony and reception packages. Three outdoor sites are available for ceremonies, one features a pond and two include a gazebo. Wedding receptions can be held outside or in a banquet room.

Spring Mountain Ranch State Park

If it's an outdoor affair that you are looking for, this scenic State Park has a ramada area with picnic tables available to rent.  Located in the Red Rock Canyon conservation area west of the Las Vegas, the higher elevation usually provides a little milder weather than in the Valley.
